From gentle tapping to powerful stomping; intricate body percussion, an infallible sense of rhythm and inexhaustible zeal: the rousing choreography of the Gypsy Dance Theatre Totti Ovidiu ROMAFEST never fails to make an impact. Founded in 1999 in the Transylvanian town of Târgu Mureș in Romania, the ensemble has achieved the greatest heights with its ever more sophisticated performances. Joined by the Traditional Gypsy Orchestra and the Janoska Ensemble, together they'll deliver an even more powerful performance as they take us on a musical journey between the Balkans and Burgenland.
